Powder Coating Warranty

Ultimate Air Ride & Coatings – Limited Powder Coating Warranty

Ultimate Air Ride & Coatings warrants that all powder coating services performed by our shop will be free from defects in workmanship related to powder adhesion for a period of six (6) months from the date of completion.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers coating failure caused by improper surface preparation or powder application, including but not limited to:

  • Peeling

  • Popping

  • Cracking

  • Flaking

  • Adhesion failure

If a covered defect occurs within the 6-month warranty period, Ultimate Air Ride & Coatings will repair or recoat the affected area at no cost, no questions asked.

Cleaning & Maintenance Requirement

To maintain warranty coverage, coated parts must be cleaned only using:

  • Specialty powder coat–approved cleaners, or

  • Standard glass cleaner (non-abrasive, non-acidic)

Use of any other cleaners, including but not limited to degreasers, solvents, acids, alkaline cleaners, wheel acids, brake cleaners, abrasive pads, or harsh chemicals may damage the coating and will void this warranty.

What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Scratching, scuffing, chipping, or abrasion

  • Improper handling, transport, or storage after completion

  • Impact damage, road debris, or normal wear and tear

  • Improper installation or removal

  • Wheels, parts, or components mounted, dismounted, or serviced by any other shop or individual

  • Chemical exposure outside of approved cleaning methods

  • Excessive heat, racing use, or abuse outside normal operating conditions

Any damage caused after the part leaves our facility is not considered a coating failure and is excluded from warranty coverage.

Warranty Conditions

  • Warranty applies only to the original customer and original coated part

  • Proof of service may be required

  • Ultimate Air Ride & Coatings reserves the right to inspect all warranty claims prior to repair

Limitation of Liability

This warranty is limited solely to repair or re-coating of the affected item. Ultimate Air Ride & Coatings is not responsible for labor costs, removal/reinstallation, downtime, or any incidental or consequential damages.
